The experience is closed on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

PLEASE NOTE:

Make sure that you actively choose an admission time after selecting a date by using the option *Select seats.

Children under the age of 14 may only visit the exhibition if accompanied by a supervising adult. Children under the age of 4 do not pay admission. However, they require a free 0-3 years children's ticket.

FLEXTICKET PREMIUM

The Flexticket PREMIUM gives access to the exhibition during opening and entry hours (last entry one hour before closing); no need to choose a specific timeslot! An additional advantage of the Premiumticket is a fast access and a small exclusive gift on site

FLEXTICKET VIP

The VIP ticket includes not only flexible entry (not limited to a time slot) and fast access but also the ultimative fan package consisting of a surprise souvenir gift, a cup of butterbeer and your personal photo package (incl. 1 photo print and digital images).
